The talented artist Ulugbek Rahmatullaev Ibrohimovich, a favorite singer of our people known for his powerful voice and depth of feelings, was born on January 29, 1982, in Tashkent, in the Ziyolilar family in the old city. In 1999, Ulugbek entered the history faculty of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. The dreams he had while studying at the institute have been fulfilled. One of those dreams was to meet his mentor Farruh Badalboev. He recorded his first song in the "Tarona Records" studio in 2000. The song was named "Bu alam." Through years of hard work with his mentor Farruh Badalboev, he learned to work at a professional level. Farruh Badalboev introduced Ulugbek with the song "Yorim." This song was worked on for almost 9 months.

In 2006, Ulugbek met Oybek Aliev, the chief editor of "Zamin FM" radio, and it was this encounter that led him to sign his first contract with the "Pan Terra" studio.

On May 6-7, 2007, Ulugbek presented the concert program called "Yaqinlarimga" (now "Istiqlol") with his friend Sardor Rahimxon at the People's Friendship (now "Independence") Palace.

In August 2007, on behalf of our esteemed President Islam Abdug'anievich Karimov, he became a laureate of the state award "Nihol" created to support and encourage young talents. At the end of 2007, he was honored at the "M&TVA-2007" awards as the "Best Male Singer of the Year" and for having the "Best Music Video." Moreover, he received numerous other awards.

On September 25, 2010, he presented his first solo concert called "Kapalak."

During this period from imazing and perfecting albums called "Sevma" in 2006, "Sen ketding" in 2008, to "Kapalak" in 2010. He also released videos of concert programs named "Yaqinlarimga" and "Kapalak" which attracted wide attention from audiences.
